Obiettivi Formativi
The course stumulates Students Active Learning and it is not designed for those non attending the class.
There is reading on Kiro for each class and students are expected to discuss the relevant topic every week.
There is no single book treating all the themes, therefore, it is hard for those who have not done the reading, did not attend the classes to understand this subject.
The prerequisits for the examination for frequentanti e non frequentanti are the same.
The students need to complete the students' tasks, take 20 minutes test on Vienna Convention, a group presentation, write a 3000 words essay in order to take the examination.

It would be very useful to have already attended at least one course in law. In addition, some backround in International Relations would also help understanding the subject.

Students read in advance an article or chapter provided for each session. Often they need to apply the law to a specific case.
There is a group presentation on the topic that fits to a specific theme, little tasks of one page on a burning issue such as: the future of European Neigbourhood Policy or European Defense. They also write a final short essay on the topic of their choice.
