Regional distribution of hair cell ionic currents in frog vestibular epithelium

By using the whole-cell patch-clamp technique, evidence was obtained that there is a differential expression of K+ conductances in hair cells located in the central isthmus and in the peripheral regions of the crista ampullaris.
