The essay analyzes an important project realized in Ambalema, a little Colombian village very important for the history and the production of tobacco. A long restoration work transformed an ancient railway station into a house for the culture and for the formation of the younger generations. The restoration work has also been assisted with training courses on the methods of preservation of cultural heritage.
