The MTT-S Administrative Committee: Organization, Roles, and Initiatives [President’s Column]

The Microwave Theory and Technology Society (MTT-S) is a vast organization, boasting more than 13,500 members around the world and more than 200 local chapters. It publishes over a dozen scientific journals and organizes 40 international conferences across Africa, Asia, Europe, and North and South America. Managing such a complex and multifaceted organization requires an efficient and motivated leading team with diverse skills, capable of long- and short-range planning in addition to communicating, coordinating, and executing plans.
