Abstract:
We present the case of a 44-year old man, presenting with acute left flank pain and gross haematuria, affected by bilateral renal mass and massive para-aortic and mediastinic lymphadenopathy, highly suspicious for metastatic renal cancer. © 2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
