Popliteal artery aneurysms are the most common peripheral aneurysm and are recognized as "the silent killer of the leg circulation" in fact they have a significant morbidity if left untreated. According to the Litterature the outcome is better with early elective repair of asymptomatic popliteal aneurysm compared with symptomatic aneurysm. Twenty-three popliteal aneurysms elective repair are presented
