The influence of smooth pursuit dynamics on eye tracking, a mathematical approach.

Experimental results previously presented by the authors about the different responses of human smooth pursuit control system (SPCS) in different stimulation conditions are interpreted and explained by means of a simple non-linear model of SPCS. Nonlinearity is proven to be a key factor to understand SPCS behaviour.
