Abstract:
T helper (Th) cells seem to be
the main source of IL-9 which is an important
cytokine in allergic diseases such as
asthma and atopic dermatitis. The aim of
this study was to evaluate serum IL-9 levels
in patients with cutaneous hypersensitivity
diseases, including atopic dermatitis,
contact dermatitis and urticaria. A group
of healthy subjects was included as a control.
