The objective of the course is to teach the student how to read, study and present to colleagues a study published in the literature, starting from the literature on the topic and commenting on the design of the study, the results and the discussion with the conclusions. The student will be able to critically read a scientific work and will be able, starting from his ability, to design a study that will become his thesis

The student must have passed most of the exams included in the course of study
Teaching Methods
The tutors will recommend scientific works to read and comment on and possibly present during the Journal Club. The students will have to comment on the works read, underlining the positive notes and the problems identified. They will have to discuss the clinical design and conclusions

Learning will be assessed through the evaluation of the thesis submitted for the degree

Contents
The student will learn to read a scientific work critically, to carry out targeted bibliographic research with the guidance of the tutor who will then be his thesis supervisor. He will participate in Journal Club and eventually will present and comment the papers read. The tutor will recommend the papers to read by indicating the internationally indexed journals.
