The course aims to provide students with the basic knowledge and tools to orient themselves in the field of immigration with particular regard to the skills of the prefectures that will be the subject of practical exercises.
Course Prerequisites
Students with the following general requirements can apply for enrollment: - enrollment in the IV or V year of the master's degree course - acquisition of 130 CFU The requirements must be possessed at the time of submitting the application.

At the conclusion of the Clinic's practical activities, a written report is required which will be discussed in an oral interview.

Contents
The course deals with the fundamental discipline of immigration law, with particular reference to the profiles of the integration between national and supranational sources on the matter, to the competences of the administrative authorities and to the principles that regulate their exercise on the basis of jurisprudential creation.
