Knowing how to set an adequate flap, choose between sinus lift, bone regeneration techniques, make a choice between submerged and non-submerged implants, between different macro and micro surfaces, between immediate and deferred loading. Knowing how to manage intra and post-operative complications. Knowing how to diagnose and manage peri-implantitis.
