At the end of the course, the student will be able to: 1. Independently navigate international scientific literature in the field of psychology, using scientific search engines such as PubMed and Google Scholar, along with effective source-selection strategies. 2. Understand scientific manuscripts in English, recognizing their structure, communicative purposes, and recurring terminology. 3. Possess the foundational skills to rework and communicate scientific information in English appropriately. 4. Participate actively in scientific discussions conducted in English.
Passing the exam grants eligibility but does not provide an official English language certification, which instead requires exams administered by accredited bodies (e.g., Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL).
Course Prerequisites
None. A basic knowledge of English (B1 level) is recommended, as it is useful for following the reading and interaction activities.
