Cosmetic legislation: Regulation 1223/2019 and supporting documentation for the marketing of a cosmetic. Cosmetovigilance, reporting of undesirable effects; aspects of the REACH Regulation and the CLP Regulation relating to cosmetic ingredients. Phases of the development of a cosmetic product; cosmetic forms; production and critical issues relating to environmental safety in the handling of some cosmetic products. General concepts on the main cosmetic functions: hydration, protection, cleansing, decoration Cosmetic packaging: general concepts and description of innovative and sustainable packaging
