At the end of the course the student will be able to master the basic principles of Quality Management and how these can be implemented in production and service environments. Techniques for the continuous improvement of products, services and processes will also be presented with particular reference to the UNI ISO 9000 series standards.

Final exam using multiple choice tests. The evaluation criteria will take into account the degree of knowledge of the subject, the clarity of the exposition, the language skills, the use of scientific terminology and the ability to establish logical connections
