Contents
The course is devoted to elucidate - through the analysis of some fundamental texts of legal sociology - the relationship between law and society. In particular, the following topics will be discussed: the method of sociology, the relationship between legal rules and social actions, the functions of law, the legal system as an instrument of social control, the relationship between the law and mass-media.
