The course aims to provide students with knowledge regarding the various cell culture methods, both traditional and innovative methods developed in recent years.

Teaching Methods
Lezioni frontali. Specific methods are envisaged to support students who fall into the student categories envisaged by the university. The methods will be established from time to time for the different categories of students foreseen by the university.

Oral exam. At least 3 questions.

The eukaryotic cell and the various organelles. The extracellular matrix. Isolation and culture techniques of various cell types (primary, secondary, continuous cultures, stem cells, germ cells). Advancing cell culture techniques, such as 3D cultures, organoids. Bioprinting. Microfluidics.
