Course Objectives

the main objective of the teaching is to provide reflection and knowledge on the rehabilitation approach to the child with motor delay by referring to the contributions of neuroscience and in particular to the systemic models of development according to which the latter occurs as an integration of functional skills via increasingly complex in relation to environmental needs. from this perspective, the rehabilitation approach is conceived as an intervention aimed at integrating all the adaptive functions specific to age in the individual context and in their evolutionary course and therefore defined as a process of cooperation and mutual exchange of experiences between operators of different disciplines.
The expected learning outcomes are the following:
-knowledge of the function and role of the tnpee within the multi and interdisciplinary team
-learn how to build therapeutic settings by referring to systemic models of learning and motor control
-knowledge of specific rehabilitation vocabulary

Course Prerequisites

understanding the topics of the following module requires the student to be in possession of the notions and criteria of neuropsychomotor observation experienced during the first year of the Cds

Teaching Methods

the teaching uses frontal lessons through slides and videos of clinical cases

Assessment Methods
