Course Objectives

The aim of the course is to provide the basis to promote educational interventions aimed at patients or communities.
The student will be able to understand the needs of the individual and / or the community to develop a food education project.
At the end of the course, the student will be able to develop a food education project after identifying the needs and assessing the resources available.
