The course aims to provide key information for understanding, evaluating and managing psychosocial risks related to work activities.

Teaching Methods
The lectures will be delivered in frontal mode with the aid of powerpoint presentations and focus groups will be created among the students for the analysis of cases proposed by the Professor.
Assessment Methods
The final exam consists in the development of a work project agreed during the lessons with the Professor. The evaluation will take into account the theoretical premises, the proposed methodology and the expected results.
Texts
During the lesson scientific papers and specific teaching material will be presented.
Contents
The program consists in a first part in which the main defense mechanisms and psychic characteristics that hinder the perception of risks associated job are going to be stressed out. The second part is going to be dedicated to the assessment of stress according to the Legislative Decree n° 81. Finally, the last part of the program is going to evaluate the management of psychosocial risks in the work environment with a particular attention to the new post pandemic asset and to work-life balance.
