This course program is aimed at students who wish to acquire knowledge in nutrition, lifestyle and well-being with a key emphasis on sustainable diet. In particular, the learning outcomes will be: • Basic knowledge of the link between lifestyle and nutrition with health and wellbeing • Intergenerational link between eating habits and behaviour and health and disease • Sustainable healthy dietary patterns for the prevention of Non-Communicable Diseases

Teaching Methods
The teaching uses lectures through the use of PowerPoint lessons, videos and in-depth material (publications in indexed journals, guidelines of the main national and international scientific societies), made available to students in the section dedicated to teaching on the KIRO moodle platform.
Assessment Methods
Learning is verified through: i) Ongoing self-assessment test (optional) ii) Final written exam, consisting of multiple-choice.
