Gain awareness on how to set up an effective presentation, from choice of contents to delivery
Course Prerequisites
There are no technical prerequisites. The course is aimed at students of the last years who needs to present publicly their work (e.g., master thesis)
Teaching Methods
Classroom lectures with slides and many practical exercises, also in groups. Given the strongly interactive nature of the course, in-class attendance is essential for a full learning experience.
Assessment Methods
Mini-presentation, 5 minutes long, with slides, on a technical topic, accessible to a non-specialized university-level audience. Upon the student’s request, the presentation may be given in English.
