Teaching main goal is to provide cultural and professional training to graduates capable to operate successfully in an evolving economic-financial context. The general training objective can be summarized as follows: - Learn what the principles of sustainable finance are - ESG Regulations, Standards and Labels - Understand the role of finance in the transition to a sustainable economy - ESG and Corporates - PRI Principle for Responsible Investments and Finance / Asset Management - ESG and Commercial / Investments Banking - Apply the acquired knowledge to analyze and solve complex problems from an interdisciplinary and /or multidisciplinary perspective
Course Prerequisites
The course assumes a broad basic preparation in economics, business, law, mathematics-statistics and history. The knowledge of the structure and functioning of complex economic systems and the specific skills to deal with problems of an economic, financial, managerial and administrative-accounting nature.
Teaching Methods
The teaching is based on lectures, laboratory activities and meeting with Professional coming from the business. Power Point presentations are used to carry out the lectures. During the laboratory exercises Students will be accompanied to use and increase the knowledge of Professional Information Providers tool available. Meeting and Training from Professionals / Business case studies Information will be available on the E-learning page of the course.
Assessment Methods
The exam will take place in Written form (40%): multiple choice question test One Team assignment and one individual using information provider tools (40%) Information Providers Certification path (20%) Percentages indicate the weight assigned to each part of the exam, contributing to the final grade. Evaluation is assigned on a score ranging from 0 to 30. To pass the exam, the minimum grade is 18. Grades will be communicated through the university system.
