The TPV aims to provide students with models, methods, and tools for the knowledge and competencies required to design and lead diagnosis and assessment interventions within organisations. The course will focus on methods and procedures in competencies and potential assessment, specifically related to the Assessment Centre and its associated instruments, including interview techniques, psychometric tests/questionnaires, group simulations, and feedback sessions.
Course Prerequisites
Basic knowledge about aims and areas of intervention in work and organisational psychology, specifically with reference to Personnel recruiting & selection, human potential assessment, and development.
Teaching Methods
The TPV course employs experiential and active teaching methods, including practical, contextualised, and supervised activities. These activities encompass simulations, participatory observations, and both individual and group tasks. The goal of these methods is to foster the learning and development of competencies and skills at both the process and relational levels within organisational diagnosis and assessment interventions.
Assessment Methods
The evaluation of learning outcomes—specifically knowledge, understanding, and skills in diagnosing and assessing potential and competencies—will be continuously measured throughout activities and exercises. At the conclusion of the course, students will be required to develop and present a project that contributes to their overall evaluation and qualification.
Texts
The teacher will create course materials that align with the learning objectives, topics, and practical activities conducted in the classroom. These materials will be available on the Kiro platform and will include lecture notes, scientific articles, exercises, and case studies.
