The course will focus on the Pathophysiology of male and female infertility and on assisted reproductive tecniques. In particular, the endocrinological, genetic/epigenetic, immunological, aspects of couple infertility will be discussed. Detoiled insights into some diagnostic tests, such as semen analysis, IVF and ET tecnologes will be provided. At the end of course, the Students will acquire basic knowledge in Reproductive Medicine, including assisted reproductive tecniques and related laboratory tests/analyses.

Basic knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, immunology.

Assessment Methods
Written exam with themed open questions. Time is one hour. Expository clarity and completeness of the contents are assessed. The evaluation of the Human Reproduction module is out of thirty. You can get any prise.
