The aim of the course is to offer a practical approach to the student who, already equipped with all the theoretical tools and now close to graduation, is about to deal with the world of work, possibly after an enabling examination. The course pushes the student to a critical analysis of the requirements of the act as a prerequisite for a correct drafting of the same act; at the same time it aims to teach the student to argue logically and to translate the argument into an adequate linguistic form

Knowledge of the discipline of the criminal trial
Knowledge of the rules of civil procedure
Teaching Methods
Frontal lessons; written exercises in the classroom and at home
Assessment Methods
The learning level will be tested through the exercises assigned and carried out during the course; the correction will be made if possible in the classroom

Contents
Also through the participation of magistrates and lawyers, the characteristics of the acts of part and the acts of the judge will be exposed, proposing to the students to test the skills acquired through written exercises in the classroom and at home.
