Aim of the course is to provide key basic concepts on hygiene, preventive medicine and public health, with particular reference their application in dietitian.

General understanding of epidemiology, health and its determinants
Teaching Methods
Lectures and case studies. Utilisation of interactive presentation platforms (e.g. Wooclap)

Oral or written examination according to the needs of appeal
