Programma: 1) Diritto sindacale: - Il sistema delle fonti: legge, contratto collettivo e contratto individuale - il contratto collettivo: definizione, ambito oggettivo e ambito soggettivo - lo sciopero nei servizi pubblici essenziali
2) Rapporto di lavoro: - subordinazione, autonomia, coordinamento - principali tipologie contrattuali - poteri del datore di lavoro e obblighi del lavoratore - dimissioni e licenziamento - raffronto con il pubblico impiego
