The course aims to provide participants with the main elements regarding the parameters to be considered and evaluated for a correct risk analysis on work equipment, simple machineries, complex machineries and plants . During the course, the safety aspects of machines compliant with the Machinery Directive and CE marked and machines manufactured before 1996 (before CE Directive) are treated and deepened
Course Prerequisites
Course: The safety of work sites and machineries
Teaching Methods
This course is conducted fully on-site (face-to-face delivery).
Assessment Methods
The final examination consists of an oral test.. The assessment criteria will consider the subject level of knowledge, the exposure clarity, the language property, the use of scientific terminology and the ability to establish logical links between topics.
Texts
All course participants will receive handouts in [.pdf] format containing the slides presented during the lessons, along with the following reference links: Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC Annex V of Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008 Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 on machinery
