The main objective of the 1-year professional training course is to provide in-depth knowledge of the neuro and psychomotor development of typically developing children. Through learning based on experience in nursery schools and nursery schools with the guidance of school operators, preceded by a preparatory training period for the internship with Tnpee tutors in the classroom and remotely, the student placed in a real working context will acquire theoretical and practical skills relating to the child's neuropsychomotor development and will face situations that will lead him to reflect on different situations that cannot be obtained only from theoretical learning. The expected learning outcomes are the following: -knowledge of the areas of physiological neuro-psycho-motor development -knowledge of the quantitative and qualitative aspects of neuropsychomotor development - knowledge of the specific language for describing the child's neuro and psychomotor acquisitions - ability to apply useful tools for observing development in different age groups and ability to apply the knowledge acquired in recognizing and interpreting the child's functional appointments inherent to his neuropsychomotor development through viewing video-recorded cases and filling in forms/ development tables (e.g. Kuno Beller tables)
Course Prerequisites
regular attendance at theoretical activities health assessment for psychophysical suitability
Teaching Methods
-interactive exercises in presence and remotely with the guidance of the tnpee tutor and with the active participation of the students in the observation and analysis of the neuro and psychomotor development of recorded video cases - in-person attendance at nursery, nursery school and playroom where the student has the opportunity to further refine the observation technique on the child's neuro and psychomotor development and how the child relates to the environment, peers and carers to acquire
Assessment Methods
- the assessment of learning takes place only in individual oral form: the student will present the contents of his written work drawn up during the period of attendance of the internship and knowledge of neuro and psychomotor development will be verified in relation to the case observed; the final evaluation is based on the degree of depth and vocabulary used and on the ability to integrate the knowledge acquired from the interactive lessons/exercises and what is experienced in the field
Texts
-Kuno Beller's development tables -articles and materials provided by the teacher
Contents
the contents of the 1-year professional internship are as follows: 1) the development of the child in the different neuropsychomotor sectors and for all the different functions as well as in their interrelationships and their mutual adaptive meaning: motor skills (qualitative and quantitative aspects of motor and sensory organization), psychomotor functions (space-time organization, schema bodily, praxis) cognitive and neuropsychological functions; functions of body language, preverbal, verbal and relational and adaptive skills, affectivity and sociality.
2) understand the social and health profession of the TNPEE: the role of relationships and communication in the relationship with the patient in developmental age and with his family
