Recognize and treat cardiac arrest, activate the single emergency number 112, learn the algorithm for performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers, recognition of cardiac rhythms, cardiovascular arrest
Course Prerequisites
Follow the theoretical part first to access the practical part
Teaching Methods
3 hours of frontal theoretical lessons and 5 hours of practical simulation divided into groups
Assessment Methods
The learning test is represented by a practical test which will focus on the simulation of a cardiopulmonary resuscitation scenario and evaluation of theoretical knowledge. Students with learning disabilities certified by the Unipv SAIDS service will be entitled to extra time and the compensatory measures provided. The evaluation will be a suitability. Access to the final practical test is reserved for those who have followed the theoretical part and in any case have not exceeded 25% of absence
