Course Objectives
The student, from the discussion of problems of care narrated as regards to the issues of care for pain, pressure injuries, falls, healthcare-associated infections, management of the therapeutic process, surgery,
Course Prerequisites
At the end of the course, the student must be able to interpret clinical care situations in the light of the fundamentals of work organization, respect for the quality of processes and results and clinical risk management.

Lezioni frontali svolte dal docente con il supporto di slide. Proiezioni di filmati. Analisi di situazioni di cura riferite alle tematiche assistenziali presentate.
Assessment Methods
La valutazione finale prevede una prova scritta sotto forma di test con quesiti a risposta multipla (n.30 domande); ad ogni risposta corretta viene assegnato 1 punto.

Contents
Define the concept of organization of nursing work and the factors that determine organizational complexity
• Understand the effectiveness of the organization assistance models and the existing differences
• Determine the existing risks (clinical, technological, structural) and recognize the methods of management
• Identify the different existing integration tools (Diagnostic-Therapeutic-Assistance-PDTA Paths, Guidelines, Protocols, Procedures, Organizational and Care Operational Instructions)
• Covid-19 pandemic: define dedicated paths in different contexts and in the operating room, new measures introduced by DPCM, behavioral measures for the prevention of infectious risk, correct use of PPE, correct dressing and undressing with PPE to deal with the emergency COVID-19. Organization of vaccinations for the population (courses, safe drug management, monitoring)
• Evaluate the quality of care and organizational processes and results
