The student must learn the approach to the patient, compilation of the medical record complete with personal data and anamnesis, diagnosis of dental pathologies, execution of intraoral radiographs, notions of panoramic radiography and CBCT, execution of local anesthesia, use of clinical and surgical instruments , preparation of the surgical patient, management of the patient upon discharge, prescription of support medications, reorganization of the office and disinfection of instruments and chairs, environmental sanitization, management of dental emergencies, management of patients at risk.

Teaching Methods
Activities on the patient in the dental environment provided of all the instruments and necessary equipment.
Assessment Methods
Each student is subjected to clinical practice tests on all dental procedures except orthodontics and pedodontics interventions.

The student must attend daily at the times of the clinic activity attending the start of clinical activity until discharge last patient of the day. It must also perform the maneuvers and performance that are supervised by the tutors.

Every student must wear the uniform provided of the logo of the University and of the Clinic, must comply with rules of order, cleanliness and personal hygiene and during the clinical activity or direct assistance must use disposable gloves, mask and eye protection.
