Impact of mutational status on pregnancy outcome in patients with essential thrombocytemia

The presence of JAK2 V617F mutation is associated with late pregnancy losses, whereas the presence of CALR mutations is associated with a trend to a better outcome. In addition, pregnancies occurring in the last decade showed a lower risk of pregnancy complications, suggesting an improvement in our medical care of pregnancies.
