The presence of JAK2 V617F mutation is associated with late pregnancy losses, whereas the presence of CALR mutations is associated with a trend to a better outcome. In addition, pregnancies occurring in the last decade showed a lower risk of pregnancy complications, suggesting an improvement in our medical care of pregnancies.
