Combination of affinity mass spectrometry data and docking studies to investigate structure-activity relationships. Elucidation at the molecular level of the mechanism of action of anti-amyloid compounds against the amyloidogenic protein beta2-microglobulin. Combinazione di spettrometria di massa di affinità e studi in silico (docking) per lo studio delle relazioni tra struttura chimica e attività biologica; elucidazione a livello molecolare del meccanismo d’azione di molecole dotate di attività biologica, (anti-amiloide) per il target proteico beta2-microglobulina.
