Free internships are foreseen to allow the student to deepen their clinical experience, but not only, within the disciplines of particular interest, without limitations of choice (they can be related to courses not relevant to the course year, they can be obtained by attending the laboratories attached to the Clinic attended, they can be obtained in fields that are not strictly clinical, such as Physics, Medical-Scientific Methodology, Biology and Genetics, Biochemistry, Histology and Embryology, Anatomy, Human Physiology, Immunology, Microbiology, General Pathology, Laboratory Medicine , Preventive Medicine, Diagnostic Imaging, Pharmacology, Pathological Anatomy, Public Medicine). The 6 CFU of free internship should be acquired uniformly over the two semesters without time limits; they are designed both to allow the student to attend the Clinic where he plans to prepare his degree thesis, and to be used to spend a further period in a discipline already chosen for the planned internships, or to attend other disciplines of particular interest.
Course Prerequisites
Prerequisites are specific for the specific internships chosen by the student.
Teaching Methods
The teaching methods will be agreed with the tutor teacher and in any case commensurate with the chosen discipline
Assessment Methods
Each tutor/ teacher will identify the method to verify the achievement of the objectives by the student and will record the daily presence of the students entrusted to him.
Texts
Any textbooks will be suggested by the tutor.
Contents
Programs and contents must be agreed with the tutor/teacher and commensurate with the chosen discipline: in particular they can be related to courses not pertinent to the course year, they can be obtained by attending the laboratories associated with the Clinic attended, they can be obtained in areas not strictly clinical, such as Physics, Medical-Scientific Methodology, Biology and Genetics, Biochemistry, Histology and Embryology, Anatomy, Human Physiology, Immunology, Microbiology, General Pathology, Laboratory Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Diagnostic Imaging, Pharmacology, Pathological Anatomy, Public Medicine.
