In-depth study of specific nephrology topics through the discussion of clinical cases.
Course Prerequisites
Understanding the topics covered requires the student to have attended the Kidney and Urinary Tract Diseases course
Teaching Methods
Interactive discussion of clinical cases. In particular, the lectures will be structured in three parts: 1. description of the clinical case; 2. discussion of the clinical case; 3. description of renal pathology diagnosed in the clinical case.
The programme includes five interactive lectures, in which five different clinical cases will be treated, spanning the entire nephrology field, including replacement treatments (dialysis and transplantation).
