Course Objectives

Creativity takes on a broader meaning that extends beyond the educational and professional contexts of art, design, fashion etc ... It is instead associated with other skills such as originality and initiative, applied in many contexts whose development requires critical thinking and innovation, through professionals capable of developing new ideas in the work context.
Therefore, this course aims to experiment in lab form some skills among those indicated as relevant by the WEF for the future of work, which closely intersect with the development of creativity:
- critical thinking
- complex problem solving
- leadership and social influence
- originality and spirit of initiative
- stress tolerance and flexibility
- reasoning, problem solving and ideation
The goal is to provide students * with some useful tools for their career for solving complex problems or designing complex problem solving sessions.
Through the experience in the classroom, students will learn methodologies to develop the aforementioned skills also in a work environment and in their professional life in general. The development of communication, collaboration and creativity skills and competences identified by ESCO in the description string S1 is reflected in this course.
