At the end of the course the student will 1. Know the geography of Spain 2. Know the linguistic situation of Spain 3. Be able to describe the main characteristics of the historical and political context of Spain from the beginning of the 20th century to the present day. 4. Be able to identify the most siginificant productions of Spanish culture from the early 20th century to the present day by identifying their characteristics.
Course Prerequisites
There are no mandatory prerequisites, however it is advisable to have a good knowledge of Spanish as the lessons and the reference bibliography will be entirely in Spanish.

The exam consists of a written test in Spanish on the topics covered by the teacher during the lessons. Further information will be provided during the course.
