The course aims to strengthen the skills related to the specificity of the literary text and to stimulate, simultaneously, the planning of the didactic communication about texts, genres, authors, movements of the Italian literary tradition, also through references to the European literary framework.

Contents
The course will deepen authors and movements of Italian literature with a view to their effective teaching presentation. Therefore significant texts of our literature will be investigated; at the same time metric, rhetorical and stylistic skills will be reinforced for a full intelligence of the texts and for their persuasive scholastic transmission. Moreover the course will aim to a reflection on the epistemological and didactic value of concepts such as periodization, canon, literary genre. Finally the course will play practical exercises, also through multimedia tools, focused on the planning of teaching units.
