The student should learn the main Legal rules related to the Healthcare and his/her upcoming job position
Course Prerequisites
The student should know basic information about the meaning of clinical records and the professional register
Teaching Methods
Frontal lessons, together with residency students and discussion of real cases.
Assessment Methods
Multiple choice quiz. each question provides 5 different possible answers. Only one answer is right. The total grade is 31, corresponding to 30 cum laude. The partial grade for each question varies from 0.5 to 2.

Contents
The course will focus on the professional responsibility, specifically, related to physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. It will be discussed the medical records as well the medical confidentiality. Finally, the course will cover all the general aspects of the italian law on WDT
