Contents
The course contents, after the preliminary notions, concern the study of legal activity (subjective legal situations, subject and object of the legal relationship, fact, act and deed, influence of time on legal events), of property rights (in general, property, others rights, possession) and, then, of obligations (the relationship, the elements of the relationship, the extinction of the obligation, non-performance and default, the debtor's liability). Finally, the course programme includes an in-depth study of contracts and non contractual civil liability.
