The aim of the course is to drive the students know the principal aspects of the Italian Law related to many fundamental Private and Commercial Law Institutes. The course also aims to provide useful skills in everyday social life.

Lectures, case studies. The attendance of the lectures is advisable.

Oral examination (0-30).
