Acquisition of knowledge on the neurophysiological bases underlying the various rehabilitative approaches to the subject with acute or chronic neurological disease associated to a disability that can be resolved or reduced through an adequate neurorehabilitation approach.
At the end of the course the student will be able to: - identify the functional deficits prevalent in the main chronic and acute neurological diseases - understand the mechanisms on which the various neurorehabilitation modalities are based - identify the most appropriate rehabilitation approaches for the present functional deficits
