The student will: - be able to describe and recognize signs and symptoms of organic and functional pathologies in the oral cavity and pharyngo-laryngeal district; - understand and describe the semeiotics of the major pharyngo-laryngeal pathologies; - know the main etiopathogenetic mechanisms of pathologies and surgical treatments in order to correct rehabilitation treatment.
Course Prerequisites
Understanding the topics covered in the Otolaryngology module: elements of pathology and semiotics, requires the student to be in possession of the introductory notions of anatomy and physiology of the head and neck district.
