Syllabus

Course Objectives

The main objective of this course is to provide basic training to students on project management methodologies, from traditional to more recent ones based on Agile principles. This objective will be pursued not only with frontal teaching but above all through practical activities, such as carrying out a simulated project during the course in a teamwork environment
