Syllabus
Course Objectives
To be able to interact in a conversation in French on topics related to communication and multimedia.
To be able to summarize and reformulate written and oral French texts relating to the use of media in France.
Know how to use the French vocabulary of communication and multimedia in oral or written production with the aim of achieving at the end of the course the B1 level of the European Framework of Reference.

Course Prerequisites
Preparatory course in French (supplementary teaching) by Dr. Jean-Gaëtan Recorbet (I and II semester).
Teaching Methods
The monographic course (II semester) aims to present the categories of the iconic language and to deepen the communicative competence in the specialized use of the language, making acquire knowledge and skills on the modes of communication, on the analysis of written, iconographic, oral and multimedia documents. To achieve these objectives will be proposed activities in language centered on the observation of some elements of the communication report, the study/ analysis of photography and some French photographers, the film representation, of advertising and graphic novels.
Assessment Methods
The oral examination is always preceded by a written propaedeutic.
