Syllabus

Course Objectives

The introductory or preparatory course will provide the student with the tools necessary for the acquisition of an intermediate profile between a basic user of the language and an autonomous user, based on what is described in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). Therefore, in relation to productive skills, it is set as a goal that the student reaches a high degree of the elementary level (A2 +) of mastery of the Spanish language and, in relation to receptive skills, a pre-intermediate or threshold level (B1).
The course aims to consolidate the A2 + / B1 level of the CEFR. To this end, competence in the Spanish language will be deepened in its notional, grammatical (grammar,
pronunciation and prosody, spelling), pragmatic-discursive components (functions, tactics and pragmatic strategies, discursive genres and textual products) and socio-cultural knowledge / behavior (interpersonal relationships).
sociocultural (interpersonal relationships). Furthermore, in accordance with the general objectives of the degree program, language skills will be developed in the field of professional communication, with particular regard to the most innovative contexts and the use of multimedia tools.
