The verbal verification interview is structured with questions relating to the three sectors (definitions, quality, environment) and to the overall knowledge of the illustrated arguments

The preliminary definition of the course allows to address some elements necessary for the subsequent understanding of the arguments; standardization; international measurement system; labeling (ecolabel, EPD,..); yields; legislative references; elements of economics; definition of risk) Evolution of the concept of quality and quality management systems; quality circle; quality costs; quality as a business objective. The standards of the ISO 9000 standards. The role of the brand in the circulation of goods and in communication with the user, the CE Mark. Environment: UN and EU sustainability programs and policies; definition of sustainability and sustainable development: relationship between economy and environment and society. Tools, including economic ones, for sustainability. Environmental management systems with particular reference to the family of UNI EN ISO 14000 standards and EMAS registration. ISO 1400/EMAS comparison. Role and methodology of LCA as a fundamental tool for approaching sustainability.
