The aim of the course is to integrate the principles of sustainability in waste management and remediation of contaminated land, identifying the optimal solutions in terms of territorial, environmental and social impact. The student will acquire theoretical and application skills necessary to apply remediation plans and remediation interventions through the best available technologies from both an economic and environmental point of view.

Assessment Methods
The exam consists in a final written test including multiple choice and open questions on theory topics. The final score is attributed taking into account the correctness and completeness of the answers with respect to the questions and the ability to elaborate the topics presented in class.
