The scope is to help integrate the scientific and professional training of the Pharmacy graduate with the economic, financial and marketing knowledge essential for running a modern company operating in the healthcare context. To provide future pharmacists with economic, financial, and marketing skills essential for effectively managing a healthcare-related business, complementing their scientific training with managerial competencies.
Teaching Methods
Interactive frontal lessons and tutoring during the course. For students with specific needs who are unable to attend in-person educational activities and have applied for Inclusive Learning Modalities, appropriate learning materials will be made available to support effective independent study. If requested, self-directed learning may be supplemented by tutoring sessions, additional instructional support, and dedicated meetings, including online options, with flexible scheduling according to individual needs.
Assessment Methods
In itinere tests: there will be a written in itinere test to be agreed with the students, at the end of the lessons.
Conditions for passing the module: compulsory attendance (at least 75% of the lessons), passing the in itinere tests or the exams prepared in the regular exam sessions.
Exam methods: written test + possible (optional) oral exam, after passing the written exam, to reassess the grade of the written part.
Appropriate exam arrangements are provided for students who fall under the categories of Specific Learning Disorders (SLD) and Special Educational Needs (SEN)

The course of Business Organization offers the elements to understand the role of the various technical-professional functions in contribute to the development and lasting functionality of a company operating in the healthcare context. As part of this course, students encounter a wide range of concepts, models and interpretation tools that will help them in the analysis and understanding of corporate economic phenomena.
